It consists of different buildings. The main one has got 7 rooms with en suite bathrooms (two of them wheelchair accessible), plus a common one. The whole low floor is also accessible for people with reduced mobility. The living and dining room is a 150-year-old winery. The second building, the “Pajar” is an old hay loft set up as apartment. It keeps the different traditional constructive elements. The third building, the “Panera” is also set up as an apartment and a multipurpose space. It offers 35 m2. It is an open space which also serves as a work space. The sheds “Cortijos” count with 85 m2. They are conceived to enjoy them either for pleasure, or for work. Finally the “Cocedero”, a cozy room with a firewood oven where bread was baked, is a space for pleasure, gastronomic enjoyment or leisure.
The restoration of El Lagar de Justa has been careful and thorough, taking into account accessibility for people whose mobility is reduced. It provides wide walkthrough areas without steps, offers three accessible rooms with en suite bathrooms.

All through the restoration work, an important effort regarding recycling (separating waste for instance) has been carried out as well as the use of natural materials (resorting to the ones from the area -stone, wood, metals- avoiding, as much as possible, the use of plastics and synthetic materials). Energy efficiency has been a constant guide putting faith in local suppliers, avoiding unneeded transports, using high quality insulators (glass, insulating chambers in the walls, use of last generation biomass heating, support of solar energy that will be implemented…) using the highest energy efficiency electrical appliances available in the market… With these measures El Lagar de Justa has obtained an energy label x with a carbon footprint x . We always have the aim of keeping on improving.
The restoration has firmly backed the local economy, being aware of the support that the rural world needs.
For the construction of the Lagar de Justa, a thorough, handmade restoration of all its traditional architectural elements has been need. Most of the basic original structures have been fully kept and, when it was needed, the new work has been very faithful with the original construction.
